Order TrackingParcelforce - If you place your order before 11:30am it will be despatched on the same day. If you place your order after 11:30am it will be despatched next working day. From the day of despatch delivery will take 1 working day for Parcelforce 24 and 2 working days for Parcelforce 48. Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm. If you are not available, a card will be left indicating if its been put in your hiding place, left with a neighbour or taken back to the depot or your local Post Office.
Parcelforce offers the following options: 1. Arrange a redelivery 2. Collect from the Parcelforce depot 3. Collect from your local Post Office (fee payable to Parcelforce) 4. Redirect the parcel to another local address (fee payable to Parcelforce) You do not need a tracking code for the above options, just your house number and post code. If you would like the tracking code, please email us with your order number and we will provide you with the tracking code for your order.
